01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly scatter the chopped beef bacon over the sprouts.
04 - Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy at the edges and the beef bacon is fully cooked.
05 - Transfer to a serving dish and, if desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
