01 - 1 1/2 cups raw whole almonds

→ Spices & Seasonings

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, toss the almonds with olive oil, salt, and desired spices until well coated.
03 - Spread the almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly golden and fragrant.
