# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The color alone makes everything feel like a celebration, turning ordinary moments into something special
  • Its naturally caffeine free so you can serve it to anyone at any time of day without the jitters
  • The tart lime cuts through the sweetness in a way that makes you want to keep sipping forever
02 -
  • The longer you steep hibiscus, the more bitter it becomes—stick to 10 minutes max for the perfect balance
  • Sugar dissolves infinitely better in warm liquid, so don't wait until the tea is cold to sweeten it
  • This actually improves after sitting overnight, so feel free to make it a day ahead
03 -
  • Rinse your dried hibiscus flowers quickly in cold water before brewing to remove any dust or sediment
  • Use a glass pitcher for storing—the color is too gorgeous to hide, and it lets you see if any sediment settles
