01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - Lay turkey slices flat on a clean work surface. Pat dry with paper towels if needed.
03 - Place 2–3 tablespoons of prepared stuffing on each turkey slice. Top each with half a slice of cheese.
04 - Roll up each turkey slice tightly around the stuffing and cheese filling. Secure with toothpicks if needed to prevent unrolling.
05 - Place roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, spacing evenly.
06 - Pour the gravy evenly over all the roll-ups, ensuring each is coated.
07 - Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
08 - Remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
09 - Remove toothpicks before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
