04 - Dip each tilapia fillet into egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then press firmly into breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly on all sides.
05 - Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange breaded fillets in single layer without overlapping; cook in batches if needed.
06 - Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping fillets halfway through cooking time, until crust is golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork.
07 - Transfer to serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately while crispy.
