01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

04 - Sprinkle the spice blend over the potatoes and toss thoroughly to coat all pieces.
05 - Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Roast in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
07 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
