02 - Add chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sea salt to the food processor; pulse until blended.
03 - Add pure maple syrup or honey, natural nut butter, milk of choice, and vanilla extract; blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough. If the mixture is dry, add additional milk one teaspoon at a time.
04 - Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and fold in the dark chocolate chips evenly.
05 - Roll the mixture into 12 even balls and arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
06 - Chill the bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
