01 - In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Italian herbs, and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 5 minutes at room temperature.
03 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan and chopped parsley over the shrimp, tossing again to coat thoroughly.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes before cooking.
05 - Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
06 - Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through cooking, until shrimp are opaque and lightly golden.
07 - Transfer shrimp to a serving plate. Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
